Несмотря на то, что иллюстрации выполнены в едином стиле, каждый персонаж демонстрирует уникальность личности: некоторые из них распушены и похожи на шарики; другие смотрят на волны, которые разбиваются о собственный хвост, а кто-то вообще попивает винишко.
Чтобы достичь эффекта объема и чувства шероховатости, художник использует бесчисленные короткие тонкие линии, изменяя только плотность меток.
Фонг работает иллюстратором с 2010 года под псевдонимом Bo & Friends. Художник продает принты своих иллюстраций, а также сотрудничает с Galerie Club Sensible в Париже, проводит выставки в Азии и Европе.
